RAPT is a Western Australia protocol/specification used for government funded training programs
It stands for Resource Allocation Program for Training more details can be found on the Department of Training and Workforce Development's website

Funded training in WA is reported via RAPT. If your RTO does not deliver in WA (or if your RTO does not deliver government funded training) you should disable the RAPT subsystem in PowerPro as follows:
